Warranty
At Loft Conversion Services, we are committed to delivering loft conversions that combine quality workmanship with durable materials. Every project is completed with care, attention to detail, and compliance with current UK Building Regulations. Our warranty policy provides reassurance that your investment is protected after the completion of your loft conversion.

Our Workmanship Warranty
We provide a comprehensive workmanship warranty on all completed loft conversion projects. This warranty covers defects that arise as a direct result of our installation or construction work, provided the loft has been used under normal residential conditions and maintained appropriately.
If a workmanship issue covered under this warranty is identified during the warranty period, we will inspect the problem and, where applicable, carry out the necessary repairs at no additional labour cost.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the materials and products installed during your loft conversion are supplied with separate manufacturer warranties. These may include:
- Roof windows and skylights
- Insulation products
- Roofing materials
- Electrical components
- Heating equipment
- Timber products
- Staircase components
Manufacturer warranty periods vary depending on the product and supplier. Where available, all relevant documentation will be provided upon project completion.
Structural Elements

All structural work carried out by Loft Conversion Services is completed in accordance with approved structural calculations and current Building Regulations. Steel beams, floor strengthening, and other structural components are installed to the specifications provided by qualified structural engineers.
Building Control inspections are completed where required to ensure compliance before the project reaches completion.
Building Regulations Compliance
Every loft conversion is constructed to satisfy the applicable Building Regulations in force at the time of construction. Completion certificates issued by the relevant local authority or approved inspector should be retained as part of your property’s documentation.
